Mediation

Mediation is a relaxed approach at helping two or more individuals  or groups who are struggling to come to a resolution that is agreeable by both parties.  The PlanIT Inc. Team has the ability to help navigate uncomfortable situation that  need a neutral party to assist in creating an opportunity for both parties to be heard and a resolution achieved. 

Mediation is a great way to resolve conflicts where both parties have exhausted ideas for resolution.  These issues can vary from marital to business to small legal matters.
