Meet our Strategic Planning Team

Autumn Brown will be the lead facilitator for your strategic planning process.  Autumn has 22 years’ experience serving her community as a Life Skills Coordinator and Inclusion Specialist for people with developmental disabilities; working towards an inclusive community. She understands the need and value of people to feel connected and have meaningful purpose in their lives no matter what their “difference” in this world may be. She recently completed a three-year contract as a Transition Manager using strategic planning and benchmarked processes to guide a county board of developmental disabilities through a Center for Medicaid Services conflict free case-management resolution. She has facilitated a variety of strategic planning processes and is skilled in focusing on peoples’ strengths to move the process forward. She served as Interim Director of Passion Works Art studio, and successfully coordinated the transition of day service focusing on the needs of the people served and their interests, helping day centers learn to support people with their unique needs and in meaningful ways. Autumn is a certified Good Life Facilitator and enjoys engaging stakeholders in meaningful conversations that impact their community and its citizens. Autumn has spent years in roles as a community organizer and has developed trust and respect as a community leader.  Autumn is also a certified mediator, a helpful tool in facilitations when conflicts may arise, and collaboration is needed to achieve positive outcomes.  Autumn has participated in numerous planning processes, supporting nonprofits and private sector in assessing their organizational trends and needs to plan for a strong and healthy future.  She has also sat on several planning and work groups and is a great problem solver.  Autumn is also an OACBDD GoodLife Facilitator currently working on her level II certification.  

Mitch Lattimer is a Project Planner and Project Manager with over 40 years of project management and process improvement experience. Mitch brings a wealth of knowledge and strong leadership skills in the area of developing implementation strategies and action steps. Through his many years of procedure writing and process improvement he has the skillset for breaking down a process into manageable comprehensive actions are a valuable resource in the final stages of the strategic planning process. Mitch has excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to steer a team through the process of breaking the big picture down into manageable pieces that align with the goals of the organization. His strong attention to detail is an asset in the creation of the strategic plan document as well as in creating methods of accountability that will be used to gauge progress throughout the duration of the plan. Together Autumn and Mitch will partner to ensure that your strategic planning process meets the needs of your organization and the stakeholder who are impacted by it.
