Innovative Approach
Mitch has many years of experience providing oversight and direction to engineering consultants/contractors, engineering staff, and design work related to rotating equipment. One of his passions is to work with motors and teams to troubleshoot unique situations from a company restructuring how they do things to a smaller issue of a specific motor that needs an innovative approach.
Design Optimization
Available to supervise, oversee, and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of rotating equipment related to engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design optimization in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Mitch will closely interface with company departments, co-ordinate and interface with other technical departments, business units, operations, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure quality engineering execution and design integrity.
Troubleshooting
With a passion for motors and the unique design of each Mitch enjoys assisting in toubleshooting problems that need a good solid look at identifying the causes and contributing factors.
